“You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation”

Fundamental beliefs about leadership and organisations at the root of LSP:
- We live in a world, which can best be described as complex and adaptive
- Leaders don’t have all the answers
- People naturally want to contribute, be part of something bigger and take ownership
- All too often, teams work sub-optimally, leaving team member knowledge untapped
- Allowing people to speak out leads to more sustainable results
The LEGO method combines:
A 4-step core process guiding participants to transform ideas into imaginative 3D LEGO-models, inspiring metaphors and short stories in answer to questions on a specific challenge, situation or problem.
Up to 7 application techniques can be used to manage workshop progression and expand understanding on the chosen subject. The 7 techniques allow intangible ideas, complex relationships, organisations and systems to be visualised in 3D models. These models work as input and inspiration for further discussion. New information, insights and knowledge are shared and become freely available to aid the collective decision making process.
